Georgia Hardinge SS10

(Georgia Hardinge SS10)

How amazual are these sketches?

In 2008 Georgia completed her studies from Parsons Paris School of Art and Design and was awarded ‘the Golden Thimble’ for best designer.
Using folds, pleats and layering to create shapes that compliment the female body, her flirty and fun designs 'map the curves of the female line'. Her designs are edgy, but classic- she designs clothes you would want to wear on a date. Or in my case, clothes I would not want to wear on a date for fear of them being ripped off. Just saying.
For Georgia's SS10 collection, continuing with the bodycon trend of most designers this season, she adds structured accents and a monochromatic palette to her designs, to make them look simply sexual!

Never have I wanted sketches more than I have wanted actual clothes!
I'm guessing from her previous work, the rest of her collection will be amazing.

In the run up to LFW SS10 we'll be featuring more interesting, new and upcoming designers (and trends) to look forward to, for their general shiny sensationalness (yes I know that's not a real word).
So watch out for Georgia, she's a fellow blogger too*- check out her blog (here).

*With a face as pretty as her designs... dammit!
